The Belimo NMU24‑S is engineered for dependable damper control in HVAC, ventilation, and air‑handling systems — ideal for commercial buildings, offices, hotels, apartments, or industrial facilities. When installed on ventilation dampers, this actuator provides precise, automated control of airflow, enabling building managers or system integrators (like those at your MSI‑agency) to regulate ventilation, airflow balancing, or air‑quality control without manual intervention.

Thanks to its 10 Nm torque rating, NMU24‑S can handle dampers with areas up to approximately 2 m², making it suitable for both small and moderately large air ducts. The universal shaft clamp (8–26.7 mm) ensures easy compatibility with a variety of damper shaft sizes, simplifying installation. Because it supports standard 24 V AC or DC supply and uses conventional 3‑point (open/close) control, wiring and integration into existing HVAC control panels or Building Management Systems (BMS) is straightforward.

For maintenance and emergency use, a built-in push‑button enables manual override — allowing technicians to open or close dampers even when automatic control is unavailable or when servicing is required.
