ONYXX-MB311-1000

The ONYXX-MB311-1000 bridge solves a fundamental challenge when integrating disparate field devices — many older sensors and controllers communicate over Modbus, while modern building automation or building-management systems often require BACnet compatibility. This device acts as a translator: it converts Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP data into BACnet IP, automatically creating virtual BACnet devices for each connected Modbus slave. With support for up to 1,000 Modbus points (and dozens of devices), you get a unified network without cumbersome rewiring or device replacement.

Setup is quick and intuitive: connect the bridge to your Ethernet network, access its built-in web interface via a standard browser — no PC-based software or coding needed. Once on the network, the bridge presents each Modbus device as a virtual BACnet device, with unique BACnet device IDs and mapped points. This makes it easy to integrate legacy equipment (like HVAC controllers, meters, sensors, pumps) into a modern, BACnet-based BMS, enabling centralized monitoring, control, alarms, and historic data logging across all equipment.
